1. Renewal of Items
Any kind of wear & tear will attract penalty. Pause facility is available at Giraffee play private limited provided you intimate before your schedule day otherwise it would be considered you are continuing same toys for the next week. Customers can renew rented items until the end of the following month, subject to availability and the absence of other requests for the same item. Renewal requests must be made at least 4 working days before the delivery date.
2. Delivery and Return of Items
Giraffee play private limited strives to deliver and pick up items within 2-3 working days, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any compensation for such delays. All orders are delivered within 2-4 working days. we have 3 days of return policy within 3 days you can return the product in its same condition.
3. Refund of Security Deposit
Security deposits will be refunded upon membership termination, after deducting any outstanding dues. Deposits are non-interest-bearing. if approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery or Cheque. Fees and charges are non-refundable, and Giraffee play private limited reserves the right to update charges with prior notice.
5. Care Policy
Customers must handle toys with care and ensure they are clean before returning them. Giraffee play private limited is not liable for any harm or injury resulting from toy usage.
6. Communication
By using our services, customers consent to receive communication via email, SMS, or calls regarding updates, promotions, or notifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
Giraffee play private limited and its affiliates are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of rented items.
8. Modifications to Terms
Giraffee play private limited reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Giraffee play private limited Return Policy
- Check the individual return policy along with the overall return policy guidelines
- We have 3 days of return policy within 3 days you can return the product in its same condition.
- Return request to be initiated within 8 hrs from the receipt of the article.
- Articles on combo offers could not be returned.
- A return request could be initiated online by the customer from Account-Orders- view Order Details for any delivered order.
- A return request will be approved ONLY if it is accompanied with a clear picture of issue/s the customer wish to report.
- A return request will be approved only if falls in the following categories:
- Received a different product than ordered
- Received Broken
- Received a different colour than ordered [ altogether a different colour i.e. received Green when ordered Red ]
- Or for similar reasons not listed here
- Giraffee play private limited reserves all the rights to approve OR disapprove any return request received
- Once the return request is approved by the Giraffee play private limited team, the return process will be initiated. You will have to make sure that the article is packed properly in the original packaging boxes, along with all the accessories and with the invoice.
- Article will only be picked up from the address where it was delivered.
- Once the returned article reaches the Giraffee play private limited warehouse, it would be quality checked and if found not in original condition, used, rough handled, different article or article not in original packaging with invoice and accessories. Giraffee play private limited reserves all the rights to refuse any refund.
- Giraffee play private limited reserves all the rights to process OR refuse any refund after completing the quality check on return article received.
- Giraffee play private limited will not be able to process any refund if you deny accepting the parcel from the delivery agent.
Refund Processing For Returned Articles [Returned due to any reason]
- Refund via original mode of payment.
- Refund processing will be done within 10 business days after the quality check of the returned goods are done and found OK.
- COD refund will be done to your bank account via NEFT/RTGS/ IMPS. The bank account details will be collected online via return request form for delivered order.
- Refunds will reflect in your account within 10 to 15 days’ time form the day the refund is processed.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded
- In case of articles shipped to you free of shipping charges, one-way shipping charges will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

- An order could be cancelled within 4 hrs from placing the order OR before shipping is scheduled with any courier agency, whichever happens first.

Cancellation By Giraffee play private limited
- Giraffee play private limited reserves all the right to cancel any order in case the address is incomplete or lacks complete details or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Giraffee play private limited
- An order could also be cancelled by Giraffee play private limited if, for reasons beyond our control, an item cannot be shipped to you.
